Welcome to Connect Card! By signing up to or interacting with Connect or any Connect Card ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

- By using Connect Card, you agree to share the data displayed on your Connect Card publicly. This data will be visible on your public Connect Card domain.
- Public Visibility:
- Connect Cards are viewable to any member of the public who accesses the public Connect Card domain. Users acknowledge and agree that their data displayed on their Connect Card will be visible to the public.
- Communication Consent:
- By interacting with Connect Card, users consent to receive emails from Connect for notifications related to their account and the Service.
- Ownership and License:
- All content provided by users on Connect Card remains their property. By providing content, users grant Connect a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.
- Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Connect.
